This was the 7th year, held in Murcia. Ray Clemence invited 23 of his footballing legend friends from the UK.

The main reason behind the Ray Clemence Classic is to raise funds for the SPARKS charity (a unique children’s charity funding medical research into the prevention, treatment and cure for conditions and illnesses affecting children, babies and expectant mothers).
In 1992 Bryan established his own charity, "Bryan Gunn's Leukaemia Appeal", to raise money to combat the disease. He initially set a target of £10,000, but by 2011 he has raised a simply amazing £1,000,000.
Bryan is an absolute Norwich City FC legend. Truly adored by by Norfolk dwellers, he was even made Sheriff of Norwich in 2002! This former professional keeper from Aberdeen FC moved to Norwich City FC in the 80's and is still the only goalkeeper to have won Player of the Year twice at NCFC. He topped-off his career as a Manager for his beloved club NCFC.
Married to Susan, a highly credible artist, he is currently a sports agent. As Director of Talent Recruitment, he is responsible for recruiting young footballers.
